Smart wound care systems that are capable of analyzing biomarkers in the microenvironment and reporting data to healthcare professionals patients can overcome many limitations challenges associated with chronic healing. Lim colleagues reported a novel multiplexed bioaffinity sensor array could detect multiple inflammatory physiological bed. The outcome this work improve management patient health potentially reduce costs.
